Testimonials

“Ms. Adams is an effective communicator, and she leads the teams she assembles through the VM process with clarity and a firm direction, to keep everyone on track and moving forward.

She respects the importance of the Function Analysis Phase of the Job Plan, recognizing that this step enables the team to disengage from the solution before them, and to get a common understanding of the essential project or process functions, thus opening them up to alternative approaches to achieve them.

Ms. Adams is quality- and detail-oriented in all her deliverables. They are timely and well crafted.”

“What made this VE firm great to work with is the communication and experience that the facilitator [Ginger Adams] possessed. The manager (CVS facilitator) was always on top of things and made necessary phone calls to assist the DVO - preventing long extensive delays and waits. Beyond the excellent communication, the VE team demonstrated their experience in design - in many instances, the Facilitator took command of the study.

“This was a very well conducted Value Engineering study workshop. There were a number of scheduling issues outside of the control of the Contractor and she [Ginger Adams] did a very good job of managing the tight schedule along with the difficult coordination issues. This was a very short suspense action and a very competent and energetic team was assembled by the Contractor for this effort. The commander of the TOSF was appreciative of the candor and professionalism of the team and appreciated the efforts to ensure award of the project. Performing this VE study at PAFB resulted in involving the customers/users of the planned facility, which is always a benefit to the VE process…This VE study was an excellent example of collaboration at work.”

“What made this VE firm great to work with is the communication and experience that the facilitator possessed. The manager (CVS facilitator Randy Barber) was always on top of things and made necessary phone calls to remind the DVO when the next step as the Sacramento district was meticulous in their review - preventing long extensive delays and waits. The facilitator was very willing to work [with] the DVO to resolve all issues. Overall, the customer (Sacramento District) was pleased with the product.”

“This project included two separate facilities that could have been individual studies. With this project being two separate efforts, the firm did a phenomenal job of coordinating independent consensus meetings to be mindful of the discrete PDTs’ time. With all the users and members that participated, it was a significant juggling act to meet schedule, and the VE firm did so without any issues… The VE firm's manager [Randy Barber] did a good job of juggling the variety of members that served as members of the VE team. Many members were not used to VE, and the manager did a good job of coordinating all the different levels of experience.
